My Philosophy

As a mum of two teenagers and a real estate business my truth is I believe every single one of us is powerful beyond our own belief. Trouble is we often don’t see, feel or believe this and without the tools or perspectives to support us we fall in to overwhelm and ill health.

This is why I created The Inside Life® and this is where the love for my work begins.  If we believe in ourselves and understand our own nuanced behaviours and patterning we can navigate through many of life's challenges and intentionally create our future. 

YOUR perception of you is far too narrow and based on limited beliefs, untruths and distorted memories of the past.

Coaching for me is being part of your journey. Co-creating new ways of being with an understanding of why and how you got here in the first place. I will give you tools and strategies that are small enough to incorporate in to your busy life, easy enough to digest and broad enough to sneak past your awareness.

Circumventing your established thought patterns and behaviours to give you a new experience. Blending all of our experiences of life and who we take ourselves to be. 

We build and rebuild. That's what we do. Transcending and including all previous expressions of ourselves enabling us to move forward holistically and compassionately in to a new future.
